NuppiBot is a chatbot service provided and operated by NUPPI TECH LTD. This service is based on the use of the application programming interfaces (APIs) of Meta WhatsApp Business ("WhatsApp") and OpenAI OpCo, LLC ("OpenAI"). Through these APIs, NuppiBot facilitates communication between WhatsApp users and the artificial intelligence capabilities of OpenAI. In simpler terms, when a user sends a message to NuppiBot via WhatsApp, this message is transmitted to OpenAI, and then the response generated by OpenAI is sent back to the user via WhatsApp.
Please note that NUPPI TECH LTD has no control over the location or manner in which messages are processed or stored in WhatsApp and OpenAI. By using NuppiBot, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.
1.1. Acceptance of the Terms: By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, as well as any additional policies or guidelines we may provide.
1.2. Access and Account: To access certain services, you may be required to create an account or provide personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
1.3. Proper Use: You agree to use our services appropriately and in accordance with applicable law. You must not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, privacy-invasive activities, or activities that may cause harm or inconvenience to third parties.
1.4. Acceptance of Privacy Policies and Terms of Use of Third-Party Services: To use NuppiBot, you must have previously read and accepted the privacy policies and terms of use of WhatsApp and OpenAI. By using NuppiBot, you confirm that you have read and accepted these policies and terms. Please note that the use of NuppiBot is prohibited in territories where WhatsApp and/or OpenAI are prohibited.
2.1. Ownership Rights: All intellectual property rights in relation to our services and their content, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, texts, graphics, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of NUPPI TECH LTD or their respective owners.
2.2. Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal and non-commercial purposes. It is not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit our content without our prior written consent.

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful responses, please note that the responses generated by OpenAI may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.

By using NuppiBot, you agree to make proper and responsible use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, the following guidelines:
7.1. Do not send bulk messages: You must not send a large number of consecutive messages or excessively repetitive messages. This can negatively impact the experience of other users and the performance of the service.
7.2. Do not send inappropriate content: You must not send content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, abusive, offensive, discriminatory, threatening, or that violates the rights of third parties.
7.3. Do not use NuppiBot for malicious activities: You must not use NuppiBot for malicious purposes, such as sending spam, spreading malware, engaging in fraudulent activities, or any other activity that may compromise system security or negatively affect other users.
7.4. Do not infringe intellectual property rights: You must not use NuppiBot to send copyrighted or other intellectual property-protected content without the necessary rights or authorization to do so.
7.5. Do not impersonate others: You must not impersonate another person or entity, nor send false or misleading information through NuppiBot.
7.6. Respect privacy policies: You must respect the privacy policies of WhatsApp and OpenAI when using NuppiBot.
7.7. NUPPI TECH LTD reserves the right to take whatever measures it deems necessary in the event of non-compliance with these guidelines, including blocking or terminating access to the service.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute or claim relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may modify or update these Terms and Conditions. When we do so, we will provide you with notice of the modifications to these Terms and Conditions, as applicable, and update the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms and Conditions. Please review our Terms and Conditions from time to time.
